Scott Dahne
Mr. Dahne is the Managing Partner of PacStar Capital Partners. He provides M&A buy-side and sell-side advisory, debt and equity private placement, and management consulting services. He has over 35 years experience in consulting and capital formation with an emphasis in the areas of manufacturing, technology, consumer products, commodities (to include precious metals, oil and gas), and distribution across a wide variety of industries. His knowledge and experience represent a strong foundation that supports maximization of shareholder value to client businesses through corporate growth, and strategic planning.

Mr. Dahne has been involved with numerous small and mid-sized businesses through his own investments as well as his consulting company, Dahne Associates, Inc. As an authority in the areas of building, launching and operating small to medium size traditional and high technology companies, he assisted companies with tactical and strategic planning, corporate structuring, and capital formation.

Prior to that, Mr. Dahne worked as a business-consulting manager with Deloitte and Touche, as a research fellow at the Logistics Management Institute, as a fellow engineer with Westinghouse Electric Corporation, and as an engineer with Litton Industries and Texas Instruments. Mr. Dahne also served as an officer in the United States Army Chemical Corps. He currently holds a US Patent, over 26 patent disclosures and software registrations, has authored numerous articles, and was recognized as one of the "American Men and Women of Science" in 1994. Mr. Dahne also served on the Faculty of the University of Phoenix for over 10 years.

Mr. Dahne has a BA in Chemistry from Western Maryland College, an MS in Technical Management from Johns Hopkins University, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Gary Samuel
Mr. Samuel is the Managing Partner of PacStar Capital Partners Asia-Pacific with over 30 years of experience. He heads PacStar's operations in Asia Pacific. Having spent several years consulting with Arthur Anderson, he has broad international experience in starting, owning, operating and consulting to companies in the fields of technology, construction, finance, mining, and infrastructure.

Mr. Samuel has been involved with numerous businesses through his own investments. He has set up over $100 million in companies and sat on numerous Boards and held key executive positions in numerous startup enterprises. As an authority in the areas of building, launching and operating companies, he has assisted companies with tactical and strategic planning, corporate structuring, and capital formation. He has also been responsible for running companies building both residential homes and commercial buildings in excess of US$50 million.

Mr. Samuel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Accounting and a Graduate degree in International Accounting, both from Victoria University. He is also a fully qualified accountant in Australia.

Trevor Hughes
Mr. Hughes is Senior Advisor in the advisory practice of PacStar Capital Partners Asia-Pacific Trevor. A senior manager with 35+ years of broad management experience in various sales, marketing & business development roles, primarily within the engineering sector.

His experience includes international & local direct sales management, start-up operations, product development, new product launches, and managing change & strategic development within larger companies. Mr. Hughes is a highly motivated and experienced team leader excelling in dealing with people at all levels, he is tenacious, determined & results orientated.

Specialist expertise includes; Business Management, Leadership, Mechanical/Process/Structural Engineering, Sales & Sales Management, Business Development, Budgeting, Profit, Recruiting, Contract Management, Direct Marketing, Forecasting, Market Planning, Marketing and Networking.

Mr. Hughes holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the UK, he served as an Engineering Officer in the Royal Air Force and has extensive experience working and living in the South East Asian region.

Mark Rubin
Mr. Rubin is a Senior Advisor in the advisory practice of PacStar Capital Partners with over 35 years of experience. Mr. Rubin comes to us with a variety of business acumen and leadership experience. Following a 20-year career in the US Air Force, Mr. Rubin entered civilian life, where his career included a wide range of accomplishments such as creating and negotiating airline scheduled maintenance and reliability programs with the FAA (America West Airlines and US Airways). He also managed over $100 million sales revenue as a market manager and implemented 75 inventory management and sustainability solutions within the manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, and government organizations (Grainger Industrial Supplies Inc). He was also responsible for the business analyst, sales engineering, quality control, documentation, and delivery processes of a major airline software solution (Flatirons Solutions Inc). Most importantly Mr. Rubin has a proven track record of leadership development and implementing continuous improvement programs. As a change manager he has taken several organizations from unprofitable to profitable. His diverse experience and leadership track record of success provides the flexibility needed in today's constantly changing market place.

Mr. Rubin is also an active participant in the Air Transportation Association responsible for writing industry standards for commercial aviation data exchange programs for airline technical operations. He provided program management for the implementation of Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MEO) and Engineering software solutions for Virgin Altlantic Airways, United Airlines, American Airlines, JetBlue Airways, Delta Airlines, and Rolls Royce Aircraft Engines.

Mr. Rubin has a BS in Aeronautical Science from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and an MBA from University of Phoenix.

Ian Subel
Mr. Subel is a Senior Advisor in the advisory practice of PacStar Capital Partners with over 20 years of experience in this area. He provides M&A buy-side and sell-side advisory, debt and equity private placement, and general corporate finance advisory services. He has broad international experience in consulting and investment banking with an emphasis in the areas of consumer products and distribution and in the entertainment, health care, manufacturing, technology and telecommunications industries. His knowledge and experience represent a strong foundation that supports maximization of shareholder value to client businesses in financial advisory transactions.

Prior to founding PacStar Capital Partners, Mr. Subel was brought to the United States by Deloitte & Touche LLP ("D&T") in order to assist the firm with the introduction and growth of their west region corporate finance advisory practice. As a managing director of the group he was part of a team that grew to over 60 investment banking professionals with record revenues in just three years. From August 2001 until leaving D&T, Mr. Subel headed the firm's Los Angeles practice and was a leader of the west region consumer products and distribution practice, the main focus of which was to provide middle market companies buy and sell-side advisory services, private placements of debt and equity, and general corporate finance advisory services, consistent with that of the global bulge-bracket competitors of the firm.

Mr. Subel was previously the national technology partner of Fisher Hoffman Sithole ("FHS"), which was South Africa's largest independent accounting and consulting practice. At FHS, his focus was on strategic consulting and development, initial public offering assistance, buy-side and sell-side assistance, capital raising, and acquisition advisory engagements. He has managed and assisted on engagements involving many premier international companies.

Mr. Subel has a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor in Accounting from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. Ian is a CPA and a Chartered Accountant (SA) and previously held both the NASD Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.

George Seitts
Mr. Seitts is an Senior Advisor in the advisory practice of PacStar Capital Partners with over 35 years of experience in industry. Mr. Seitts has been involved in commerce, energy, environment, transportation, business and economic development at the local, regional, national and international levels. Appointed by the Governor of Arizona, he served as Director of the Arizona Department of Commerce Energy Office, and Director of the Arizona Department of Weights and Measures. In his positions with the state, he was responsible for regulatory programs for: Air & Fuel Quality; Petroleum Refining Reporting; Device Licensing; Training; Metrology; Fuel Products and Dispensing; Vapor Recovery; RSA/RSR; and Propane.

His career is highlighted by holding senior management positions at the Fortune 50, 100 and 500 companies of ConocoPhillips, Tosco Corporation, Giant Industries, Inc., and InterNorth/Northern Natural Gas Company-upstream and downstream business units. He has served in corporate and government at the private and public sector levels, working alongside local, national and internationally recognized brands in the marketplace and ever-changing public policy and regulatory arenas. He was an aide to United States Senator Barry Goldwater early in his career.

Mr. Seitts' involvement in a wide-range of civic and business activities locally and nationally has included, International Cancer Advocacy Network (ICAN), Desert Foothills Land Trust/P.A. Justin Finemel
Mr. Finemel is a Senior Advisor in the advisory practice of PacStar Capital Partners. He has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, providing M&A sell-side and buy-side advisory and private placements of equity, debt and mezzanine securities.

During his 20 years of investment banking, Mr. Finemel has advised on over 50 transactions, including sell-side and buy-side advisory, initial public offerings, leveraged buyouts, securatizations and other structured finance transactions. Mr. Finemel has broad experience in investment banking with an emphasis on the areas of consumer products, manufacturing and distribution, technology, insurance, telecommunications and real estate. His experience and knowledge represent a strong foundation that maximizes shareholder value.

Prior to joining PacStar Capital Partners, Mr. Finemel spent 5 years with the west region corporate finance group of Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Finemel was responsible for providing middle market clients with sell-side and buy-side advisory services, private placement of equity, debt and mezzanine securities and general corporate finance advisory services. At Deloitte & Touche, Mr. Finemel advised on numerous transactions including Blackacre Capital's $228 million preferred equity investment into Casden REIT, the $200 million private placement of Autobahn commercial paper issuance of Life Capital, a San Diego based insurance company, the $85 million leveraged buyout and recapitalization of a family owned well branded Southern California footwear company and the $44 million sale of Symitar Systems, Inc. to Jack Henry & Associates, Inc (NASD:JKHY).

Prior to that Mr. Finemel was a member of GTKF corporate finance group in Johannesburg, South Africa. He was responsible for leading initial public offering advisory services in the technology sector, assisting with the financial restructuring and private debt placement of premier South African companies in the retail, manufacturing , technology and telecommunication sectors.

Richard Boysen
Mr. Boysen is a Senior Advisor in the advisory practice of PacStar Capital Partners. He has more than 40 years experience providing M&A Advisory, transaction structuring, and capital raising services. His clients have included many of the large U.S. private equity groups and large publicly-traded and privately-owned corporations. While Mr. Boysen's primary focus is on the telecommunications industry, he has worked on significant U.S. and international transactions in the services, retail, manufacturing and agricultural industries.

Prior to joining PacStar Capital Partners, Mr. Boysen was a partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP and a Managing Director with its wholly-owned subsidiary Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance, LLC. From 1976 through 1995 he served as a senior resource for M&A and debt restructuring clients of the firm. In 1995, he moved to the firm's Los Angeles office where he founded and lead the West Coast Merger & Acquisitions practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP. That practice grew to number one in its market, having more than 60 full-time professionals and a 70% share of the private equity market. In 2000, he became a founding Managing Director of what became Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance, LLC. Mr. Boysen relocated to Dallas in 2001 to lead the U.S. Telecommunications practice for the firm.

Mr. Boysen has provided M&A and financial restructuring services related to transactions involving strategic and financial buyers, including Microflex, Infonet Services Corp (NYSE: IN), Japan Radio Co.,The Southland Corporation, Westwood Communications, ROMA Corporation, Structural Metals, Inc., BanTexas group, Inc., National Convenience Stores, Inc., General Homes, Inc., GTC Corporation's acquisition of American Signature Graphics, Inc., Fairfield Communities, Inc., MegaFoods, Inc., Tuscon Electric Power Co., Swift & Co., Apex Oil Co., The Long Term Credit Bank of Japan, Ltd., First City Bancorporation of Texas, Gordan & Morris Group, Aries Capital, Freeman Spogli & Co., Pacific Corporate group , and Amresco, Inc.

Charles Kolstad
Mr. Kolstad is counsel to PacStar Capital Partners. He focuses his practice on international tax, corporate, and partnership matters. He assists clients in tax and corporate planning relating to the acquisition, disposition and restructuring of businesses, corporations and partnerships both domestically and internationally. Charles frequently advises foreign individuals moving to the U.S. on pre-immigration, income, gift and estate tax planning opportunities. Charles also focuses his practice on the cannabis industry/cannabusiness, crypto assets and block chain technology, and tax issues related to initial coin offerings (ICOs). Charles has written and lectured on the extensive information reporting requirements for U.S. taxpayers with international business operations. Charles is recognized as a "key lawyer" by The Legal 500 US in 2020 in the area of international tax.
